1. Who we are
Unlock Your Music (the “Service”) is operated by Tze Peng Kevin Lim t/a Unlock Your Music(“we”, “us”). Contact: support@unlockyour.music.
2. Merchant of Record
Payments for paid subscriptions to the Service are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd(“Paddle”), acting as the Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax, invoicing, fraud prevention and chargebacks on our behalf. Their terms and privacy notice apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without permission.
- Interfere with the Service’s operation, security, or other users.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Intellectual property
All software, content, designs, and trademarks associated with the Service are owned by Tze Peng Kevin Lim t/a Unlock Your Music or its licensors. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
7. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails after retries, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tze Peng Kevin Lim t/a Unlock Your Music is established. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
